Your Challenge
- Critical governance and administrative responsibilities playing a crucial role in ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assistance to the Executive Board to enhance and update a corporate governance framework that aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Management of required corporate documents with the appropriate government agencies, retain and organize all the corporation's significant documents and records
- Assistance in drafting communications towards government agencies and ensure that the relevant communication is filed appropriate and followed up in time
- Responsibility for the preparation, execution and minuting of the local Executive Management Meetings as well as appropriate actions and follow-ups
- Together with the Chief of Staff you are responsible for the organization and coordination of Board meetings (scheduling and preparation as well as assuring accuracy of the para-legal documentation and performing the respective follow-up)
- Responsibility for managing the local directives, coordinating with the Headquarter for the local implementation of Group Standards & Framework Directives and ensuring all directives are updated and approved within the given timeline.
Your Profile
- You provide a Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, legal studies or similar
- You have experience in minuting Board Meetings
- You know how to manage and maintain a governance framework in a bank with specific knowledge on 12/552
- You have exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to details and accuracy, and are keen to review, adapt and enhance processes
- You have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You cherish a working environment in which you can make a difference and collaborate across international locations with people from several departments and levels of seniority
- You show professional communication skills towards different stakeholders with fluent language skills in English - German being an additional asset.
