Your Challenge
- Develop and execute the business strategy to grow and diversify the bank's client base to sustainably strengthen our revenue base
- A well-developed network of professional and personal long-term contacts and your passion in acquisition enable you to introduce new clients to the Group; your strength is networking with clients as well as establishing and expanding new contacts
- Representation of a sales and performance culture, using technology to multiply the number of contact points with our clients
- Local visits of clients
- Cooperation in effective marketing activities and client events
Your Profile
- Seasoned and mature professional with vast work experience in Private Banking/ Wealth Management and the ambition to enhance your career
- Strong track record in client acquisition and business development, particularly in an international environment
- You have a client-oriented mindset and strive to deliver excellent client service on the highest professional level
- Experience in tax matters and background in legal and insurance structures is a plus
- A very good understanding of financial markets and client expectations are essential for succeeding in this role
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact successfully with clients and colleagues
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office applications and open-minded for new media and systems
- Fluent in English and at least one Baltic language is essential; German, Russian and other languages are considered as advantage
