Your Challenge
- You are entrusted with critical governance and administrative responsibilities playing a crucial role in ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- You ensure all Executive Board activities comply with legal and regulatory requirement and you assist the Executive Board to enhance and update a corporate governance framework that aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- You keep the business in line with regulations and are responsible for the maintenance of all essential documents
- You are the contact person for regulatory stakeholders and ensure efficient and professional information flow with regulatory and external bodies
- You manage the filing of required corporate documents with the appropriate government agencies and retain and organize all the corporation's significant documents as well as records
- You are responsible for the organization and coordination of Board meetings (scheduling, preparation, the para-legal documentation as well as the respective follow-up)
- You are in charge for taking meeting minutes but also for the substance and dissemination.
Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, legal studies or similar
- You already gained relevant working experience in a bank or financial institution and have knowledge and interest in the regulatory environment
- You have exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to details and accuracy which you use to review, adapt and enhance processes
- With your excellent problem-solving skills, you always focus on finding the best solutions
- You have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You show professional communication skills towards different stakeholders
- Reliability, taking ownership, and discretion are important values of your work
- You cherish a working environment in which you can make a difference and collaborate across international locations with people from several departments and levels of seniority
- You have fluent communication skills in English and German, French being an additional asset.
