Your Challenge
- Develop and execute the business strategy to grow and diversify the bank's client base to sustainably strengthen our revenue base
- Manage Customer liaison and servicing (national & international EAMs and Trusts) as well as networking activities
- Drive Acquisition of new EAM business
- Ensure Completion and control of client files to ensure the compliance within the internal and external regulatory environment
- Act as Deputy to Head of Client Advisory External Asset Managers
- Drive and adapt to ongoing change in both the servicing model and organizational setup
- Contribute to implementing new processes that strengthen efficiency and client satisfaction

Your Profile
- Certified knowledge of banking, financial products and services and significant professional experience (at least 10 years)
- Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Client oriented mindset "client comes first" mentality
- Team spirit: efficient cooperation within team and across teams
- Flexibility in terms of time management and tasks
- Ability to handle a high workload and deal with stress
- High sense of responsibility with the ability to take decisions
- Ability to drive and embrace change with a positive mindset, turning challenges into opportunities for growth
- Fluent in German and English is essential
